Balsam Farms

Balsam Farms is located on the South Fork of the beautiful East End of Long Island. We farm several fields between the small villages of Amagansett and Sagaponack. Quality, freshness and diversity are our top priorities at Balsam Farms. We grow hundreds of different vegetables.  Our crops include over 75 different varieties of tomatoes as well as potatoes, greens, flowers, herbs, small grain and our locally famous corn. Our corn is well known for its delicious, sweet, tender flavor and we offer it fresh or roasted at our farm stand in Amagansett.

Our farm stand is located at the corner of Windmill Lane and Town Lane in Amagansett.  The farm stand is now closed for the season and will re-open on Memorial Day weekend.

We want to thank all of our customers  for the support you showed throughout the long and bountiful 2012 growing season. We are always happy to see returning customers after the cold winter months; we appreciate your business at the farm stand and at the farmers markets.

We are now accepting applications for membership in our 2013 CSA. This year we are offering five add-ons.

Flowers (grown by Balsam Farms)
Processed/Preserved Foods (this includes pickles, salsas, pestos and sauces made by Balsam Farms)
Fruit (grown by Briermier Farms + The Milk Pail)
Cheese (made by the Ludlows--Mecox Bay Dairy-- in Bridgehampton)
