Flemish Beauty Pears have smooth outer green skin often flushed with red and a full, voluptuous shape. The  firm, creamy white juicy flesh has a distinct musky sweet flavor and buttery texture, though sometimes slightly granular. This old European variety was originally known as “Sweetmeat of the Woods.”

Our pears are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
