Chive Blossoms are bright purple, spherical flowers atop stiff green stems of the chive plant. The blossoms have a light garlic scent with a mild floral undertone. Chive blossoms have a grassy, earthy flavor with a distinct garlic taste. Use them to garnish salads, pizzas, or bottle them up in vinegar to make pink chive vinegar.

Store as you would flowers, in a vase with stems in water.
