Fuji Apples are medium to large in size. The thick skin is light red with a yellow blush, and is oftentimes lined with red vertical stripes. These apples are very sweet and juicy, with crisp, creamy white flesh. Low in acid, the flavor is mild yet very sweet with hints of both honey and citrus.

These apples are excellent for fresh eating and good for cooking into sauces.

Our apples are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
